THE SHOP

Our shop stocks a wide range of local, fresh produce, much of it grown by the Dickenson's who have continued to provide us with home grown vegetables since handing over the running of the shop to us in the Autumn of 2024.

The meat stocked in the shop is produced by us and you can purchase grass fed pedigree shorthorn beef, texel lamb, outdoor reared pork and wild vension when in season. Our meat is produced within 2 miles of the shop and we uphold the highest welfare standards offering free range, grass fed meat. We stock poultry from The Cotswold Meat Compnay and fish from The Severn and Wye Smokery. We now alos scok a range o cooked meats including ham, pastrami and salt beef.

Our honey supplier is of course Keith Dickenson and our cheeses are provided the Godsell family in Leonard Stanley, Brinkworth Dairy and Marshcourt Goats Cheese.

Fresh yoghurts, cream, butter and kefir is also suplied by Brinkworth Dairy. 

Fresh non-homogenised milk is available in our pergal machine where we encourage you to bring your refillable bottles to enjoy this delicous milk provided by Stonehouse Milk. We also stock empty bottles should you need them!

Fresh sourdough bread and pastries are available every day of the week from a Stroud bakery until sold out. We are now also providing sliced sandwich loaves also!

Free Range eggs are provided by both Bisley Birds and our supplier in Gloucester.
